Data We Process

Accounts store names, email addresses, language preferences, and data required for authentication. Static QR codes are not saved and do not receive analytics. Dynamic QR codes record the time, approximate country provided by the infrastructure, device type, operating system, browser, and rotated irreversible hashes to estimate unique visitors.

IP Addresses

We do not retain the full IP address in scan events. We apply HMAC-SHA256 with an internal secret; for daily uniqueness, we use a truncated IP address, user agent, and date.

Purpose and Retention

The data is used to operate the account, deliver redirects, produce aggregated statistics, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Analytics retention depends on the plan. Deleted QR codes are permanently erased after 30 days.

Your Rights

You can correct or delete your account in settings. Deletion removes QR codes, scans, and linked data, subject to legal obligations and strictly necessary security records.
